Q2. Besides ISO, what else certificates and test reports you have?
A :  Besides ISO,most of our lights are certificated with CE,RoHS,IP67,IP68,CCC, and E-mark(E9,E11).

Q3. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered a patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q4. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q5. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 4 to 7days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7. Do you have OEM, ODM service, 
A: Yes, we are Specialist in OEM and ODM service, 

Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q9. What will you do if you can not reach the ETD?
A: It is our responsibility to keep you updated with the production schedule. In case of any delay, we will compensate your lost.

Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have a 100% test before delivery

Q12:  What is the warranty for your light & How you replace it?

A: We offer a 1-year warranty to our standard quality lights and 3 years warranty with our NSL quality lights. Within the warranty period you don't need to ship the defect lights back, just break the light and take a photo of PCB inside and warranty label. Then we will send a replacement FREE OF CHARGE with the next shipment.

Q13. If I want to design my package what's the MOQ?
A: The MOQ is 1000 pcs for the OEM package. We can also help you to design your package free of charge. If 1000 pcs is a risk for you, we suggest you use laser printing or inkjet printing FREE OF CHARGE.

Q14. I'm a small customer. Can I just buy one or two pcs?
A: Yes, to meet the need of some small & new companies, we are trying to do our best also. Pls write to us and we will suggest our distributors contact you or you can purchase from our online shops.

Q15. What's the difference between your lights from others?They look like the same but your price is a little higher than some others.
A : To judge the quality you should also look into more, such as LED brands(Famous VS unknown, original VS fake, housing finishing, LEDs size and peak current, Volt etc)Aluminum class,reflectors and even the cable(NSL is using Silicon and copper cables which is durable under -60~80 degrees).
